Our Services

How do we treat these conditions?

Integrative Manual Therapy (IMT)

IMT is a hands-on approach to care for pain and physical limitations. Practitioners use manual assessment techniques to guide a treatment plan tailored to each patient, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Self Regulation Therapy (SRT)

SRT is an approach used in care for people who have experienced traumatic or stressful events, such as a fall, motor vehicle accident, or medical or dental procedure. It focuses on supporting a sense of calm as part of the care process.

Astym®

Astym® is a treatment approach used for tendon and other soft-tissue concerns that may involve pain or restricted movement.

Exercise

Exercise may be used to support hands-on therapy. Recommendations are tailored to the patient’s needs and may include:

  • Pilates: movement and conditioning exercises focused on flexibility, strength, alignment, breathing, balance, and coordination.
  • Connective tissue exercises: exercises focused on the body’s connective tissues as part of an individual care plan.
